OmniAI provides AI-assisted, previewed Shopify product, SEO, price, media, and app-owned theme block configuration workflows. Shopify writes require explicit merchant confirmation. Theme content is delivered through OmniAI's Theme App Extension; OmniAI does not modify merchant Liquid files directly.
Merchant responsibility and AI limitations
You must review previews, confirm targets and prices, maintain backups where appropriate, and ensure store content complies with law and third-party rights. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable. AI-assisted output is labelled and no supported Shopify write is authorized solely by the AI. You remain responsible for every confirmed change and business decision. The separate AI transparency notice forms part of these terms.
Subscriptions, plan changes and usage Credits
One-time access does not renew. Paid subscriptions use Shopify Billing, are billed every 30 days, and renew until cancelled. Prices are displayed in euros; applicable taxes may be added, and Shopify shows the final charge before approval. Trial-to-paid subscriptions and new paid Billing Cycles begin with zero used Credits and the full active-plan allowance. Paid upgrades may be prorated and preserve used Credits for the current Billing Cycle; paid downgrades take effect at the next Billing Cycle. The Subscription & Billing Policy forms part of these Terms and contains the complete plan-change and Credit rules. Cancellation timing, charges, and any refund entitlement are governed by Shopify approval, mandatory law, and the cancellation status shown in OmniAI.
Ownership, intellectual property, and acceptable use
You retain rights in your store data and are responsible for having rights to submitted content and for reviewing generated output for third-party rights. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, bypass safeguards, request prohibited AI uses, or attempt unauthorized access. Report a copyright, trademark, illegal-content, or other rights concern to the support address with the affected material, location, basis, and contact details. The operator will review sufficiently detailed notices, may restrict affected content, and will provide an available challenge route where required. No automated report alone determines illegality.
Availability, termination, and liability
We may suspend unsafe or abusive use and may change or discontinue features. The service depends on Shopify and other processors and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

OmniAI is solely responsible for this app, its support, services, privacy, and claims. Shopify is not responsible or liable for OmniAI, does not provide OmniAI support, and is not responsible for data handled by OmniAI.
